We work hard to get your San Jac EMS uniforms and accessories to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Typical Production Times
- Most uniform polos and in-stock items: 3–5 business days (personalization & embroidery completed in-house)
- Full orders (including pants, belts, accessories): 1–2 weeks
- Peak periods (holidays, semester start): Please allow extra time for order verification and high volume
Note: Production time does not include shipping/delivery.
Shipping Policy
Threadbearer will send split shipments at no extra cost to get your items to you faster. Items that are ready will ship immediately while others are still being prepared.
All tracking information (whether shipped from Threadbearer or direct from a vendor) will be emailed to you and available in your account order history.
Estimated Delivery Times (from Threadbearer)
- Greater Houston area: 2–3 business days (USPS Advantage or UPS Ground)
- 3-Day UPS Ground: 3 business days
- Areas outside Greater Houston (including Baytown, Livingston, etc.): Additional time required
Important: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Threadbearer is not responsible for carrier delivery delays, but we provide clear tracking and do everything possible to meet your semester start dates.
