San Jac EMS Ordering Process

We’ve made the ordering process as smooth as possible while maintaining security and ensuring only current San Jacinto College EMS students can purchase official uniform items.

Step-by-Step Ordering Guide

  1. Register with San Jacinto College
    This creates your official San Jac student email and your G00 student ID number.
  2. Access Your San Jac Student Email
    Log into your San Jac email (@stu.sanjac.edu) to ensure you can receive important messages from Threadbearer (password resets, order confirmations, production updates, etc.).
    Contact San Jac if you have any email issues.
  3. Register on the Threadbearer San Jac EMS Storefront 
    Only emails ending in @stu.sanjac.edu are allowed. This verifies you are a current San Jac student.
  4. Complete Your Order
    After registration you will be prompted to create a password when you reach checkout.
    Return visitors can log in or request a password reset (check your junk/spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within 15 minutes).

Why the Extra Step?

This process ensures only verified San Jac students can purchase official uniforms.  Please reach out to Threadbearer if you encounter issues, but be advised verification of EMS student status will be performed prior to completion of any order via a method other than the website.

San Jac EMS Order Production Times & Shipping

We work hard to get your San Jac EMS uniforms and accessories to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Typical Production Times

  • Most uniform polos and in-stock items: 3–5 business days (personalization & embroidery completed in-house)
  • Full orders (including pants, belts, accessories): 1–2 weeks
  • Peak periods (holidays, semester start): Please allow extra time for order verification and high volume

Note: Production time does not include shipping/delivery.

Shipping Policy

Threadbearer will send split shipments at no extra cost to get your items to you faster. Items that are ready will ship immediately while others are still being prepared.

All tracking information (whether shipped from Threadbearer or direct from a vendor) will be emailed to you and available in your account order history.

Estimated Delivery Times (from Threadbearer)

  • Greater Houston area: 2–3 business days (USPS Advantage or UPS Ground)
  • 3-Day UPS Ground: 3 business days
  • Areas outside Greater Houston (including Baytown, Livingston, etc.): Additional time required

Important: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Threadbearer is not responsible for carrier delivery delays, but we provide clear tracking and do everything possible to meet your semester start dates.

The San Jac EMS uniform polos are high-quality garments with the official San Jac EMS logo embroidered on the left chest and the student’s name and credentialing on the right chest.
Format is First Initial followed by Last Name, per San Jac Clinical guidelines and TDH standards.

Threadbearer offers two premium brands — both available in short sleeve and long sleeve. Men’s styles are also available in tall sizes. San Jac requires purchase of Royal blue for EMT students and Red for Paramedic.
